Timothy Kirk we need to do this!

I love seeing the lighthouse from the ferry, on my way to Bald Head!

I saw this in Oak Island last summer

How difficult is it?!

Well worth the climb😊Hope to take some newbies to the top this summer😎

I climbed to the top of Cape Hatteras Light several years ago - way before it was moved to its new location. I’m so glad I did it then because I might not be able to do it now due to knee and ankle problems.

If you like lighthouses, you need to go up in New England. We took a ferry ride when we went on a bus tour to New England and there are a lot of lighthouses. Big ones and small ones.

The view spectacular. I have climb the steps ladder to the top.

My husband and I did climb both of these! It was amazing!

I have been here many times. It is beautiful and eerie. I have taken my grandchildren to the museum and we have walked the site out. Just down the road is the wetlands where you can stand and watch the alligators come. Them run and jump in the car.
